Scope of Services
Professional Services
Our professional offerings include analysis, review, and advisory support related to tax matters. Services are scheduled upon confirmation and delivered at agreed times.
Digital Products
Digital products consist of downloadable guides, templates, and training materials in electronic form, accessible immediately after purchase.
Physical Goods
Physical items include printed manuals, workbooks, or other deliverables shipped to your address. All shipments are processed within standard handling times.
Refund and Rescheduling Policy
General Refund Guidelines
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via our support form. All refund dealings are processed in the original payment method in cleared funds.
Professional Services
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior are not eligible for refund due to preparatory commitments, but you may move the service once to a new date without additional charge.
Digital Products
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of download. Once a file is accessed or opened, no refund can be issued given the immediate access to content. In such cases we may offer an interaction for another digital item of equal value.
Physical Goods
Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of receipt in original unused condition. After inspection and acceptance, we will issue a refund of the product price, less any shipping and handling expenses.
Rescheduling Services
If you cannot attend a booked professional session, you may move it once at no extra charge by notifying us at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. Subsequent changes may incur standard scheduling fees.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain premium modules and custom engagements commence immediately upon confirmation and are marked as non-refundable due to bespoke preparation. These offerings cannot be refunded but may be converted to alternative services of equivalent scope.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on taxrevhub.com.

These terms are effective as of 2025 and apply to all transactions and interactions with Tax Review Hub.
